Hello All,This is regarding my carrer path. Currently I am a Technichal Solution manager to a Big IT Sales Firm. I would like to switch myself in Total IT area (ERP) where I can perform development or any managerial actions. Anyone can suggest, how can I proceed. Is there anyway to get the higher position in IT area, not going very step by step as a programmer to Manager.Your all advices are welcomed.Thanks a lot.Rgds,AK
