Does anyone know anything about 'The Work Foundation'. I thought that they were just a think-tank (they publish some reasonably thoughtful pamphlets etc), but apparently they also do managment consultancy based around workforce productivity improvement with a strong focus on the workers themselves. Unlike other consultancies they seem to be non-profit and have a strong link to both politics and the unions. Does anyone know anything about their consulting arm? Is it in competition with other firms? if so, which? Is it really a consulting firm or just a think-tank which is trying to rebrand?
