I have heard that PA is a good firm to work for but perhaps pay slightly below the median salary in industry although bonuses bring this up to top quartile standards. However, could some please tell me how much a graduate is likely to be on after being at PA for 3 years with bonus. I guess im looking for a rough ball park salary figure including bonus for someone at CA level within a non it practice like BOP, POC, FSP, SMP? Thanks in advance

Salaries are low median, bonuses are uncapped, so can go up to 6 or even 7 figures for partners.Base, plus allowances plus bonus for a CA in a functional practice probably 35K-ish:- FSP may pay more due to client group.None of the practices you mention hire many grads at all- some years none at all. They are more interested in experienced hires from other firms or from industry due to what they are selling clients (one or maybe 2 people per project doing business transformation)- PA's business model doesn't support lots of junior staff outside the government practices.
