I'm interviewing for IBM at the moment, and I've heard a lot of bad stuff about morale and work hours. I know a lot of the pwc people have left.I'm looking at going into IT consulting. Is it just management and business consulting that have gone down the pan or the whole lot? I'm a recent graduate looking for a good training scheme and to put a good IT name on my CV for the future.any help appreciated

There are a number of lines of business in IBM which recruit technology consulting. The consulting business per se in IBM is called BCS ( Business Consulting Services) and this has a technology stream. The morale in IBM varies by line of business. Which line of business is recruiting you?
