Yes, but after I showed them the problem; the combi boiler had be drained off to much so it only needed refilling, recharging and all the radiators balancing. They then proceeded to carry out a full feasibility study using about 4 top drawer grads. I'm now expecting a full life-cycle study and plan to implementation of a new streamlined model.In all honesty, it got quite confusing and I'm not 100% sure that Cap Gemini are Corgi registered. That said, my central heating still isn't working.
