I worked for a niche consultancy and put the names of the clients on my CV. I think you should do the same, you may have worked for ACC or XYZ, put what exactly did YOU do and for whom. I cherry picked the best that had announced the work we had done, genrally only parts of teh work are under NDA's and people in the field will already know what work was done and the quailty fron the grape vin. So in conclusion, yes do it, but check the NDA agreements - some are time limited anyway.
