There are different levels of Manager M1-M3 and they tend to bring in people only on M1 and that's GBP 66k plus 7k car allowance plus 5% bonus; according to headhunter not likely to be negotiable! Bandwidth between M1-M3 likely to be 10-15% (so not very exciting from my point of view and a very weak bonus at this level). Did not accept by the way...
