How long is a piece of string ? £60 is about right, but might be a little low. I’d either tout for £65 or ask for a 10% signing on bonus. The advantage of the latter is that it won’t affect your charge out rate to clients. Bonusses are expected to be VERY healthy this year in PA, especially in GSD, so you’ll do OK.
