Hi. I'm an IT consultant with 3 years experience (Novell and MS consulting mainly). I'd like to move into organizational development, but don't now how to go about it. After seeing a few posts here about MAs in HR and management learning, I'm now thinking my best option would be to go that route, as I haven't found an MBA that concentrates on org development. At what level do you think I'd be able to enter an org development position once I've completed an MA in one of those areas??? I have 3 years consulting experience, and though it's not in od, surely it would help???Thanks for youe help.
