Rosa, firstly apologies for my flippant (Spain) reply yesterday. It was meant as a joke and I apologise if it was received as anything other. In answer to your question it would really depend upon what you firstly want to do in consulting and then see how you can leverage your Spanish skills. Furthermore do you want to do this from the UK, or whilst working in Spain (or any other Spanish speaking territory). A useful staring point may be what you studied in your first degree, does this provide any obvious, or otherwise, fit with any consulting function or industry?I would agree with the above posters that the Spanish consultancy market is not substantial and that this may limit opportunities, in several years of consulting I have only been involved in one assignment in Spain.A starting point (and I am sure there are others) may be VC/PE and other investment companies that look to put money into Spanish ventures - their advisors and consultants could be a possible source of roles and can be found out through reviewing investmnet tombstones etc. in magazines like Acquisition Finance. This kind of work often requires individuals to have 'local' language skills for things like commercial due diligence and management team advisory. Not oure consulting or strategy but one option to apply your language skills in an advisory capacity? Any other thoughts anyone?
