Stealing my name...tut tut. The assessment day has a particular format which you can see on the website. Im somewhat dubious about the assessment criteria because it seems to be rather standard and I know many people have complained, especially when they got their feedback. Rather than getting detailed feedback, you get a general one. I believe their are 7 criteria they look for including teamwork, the ability to influence others, creativity, etc. HTH
