Hi I have a job offer on the graduate ATP for CapGemini.When i went to the assesment day we were told in a presentation that the starting salary is £24k + bonuses. Now I have recieved a contract it states the starting salary is 23k + bonuses. Is it worth questioning this? will it make a difference? I would still accept the job either way but the higher salary would be alot better obviously.

If they're screwing you over on salary before you're even through the door, then that would be VERY concerning to me. I'd apply elsewhere, and only take their offer if I'd no other options
