Chuck - I worked at RB during the period 1996 to 2000, so I'm probably not the best person to ask what it's like to work there now. However, what I can say is that in its home market (Germany) Roland Berger is neck and neck with McKinsey in terms of market share of strategy consulting work. So you can expect the same calibre of client assignments and a similar profile of candidates that they will be looking for. RB has offices in 30+ countries around the world and its strength relative to McKinsey differs from country to country, though on the whole certainly the brand is less well established outside Germany than McKinsey's. I had a good time there and know that RB looks good on your CV in later life, so certainly do consider them. Hope that helps and good luck. Tony
