I have recently relocated to the UK and would like to know a bit about working within HR consultancy. I hold a B.sc in HR and have been working for 4-5 years (career coach,project manager, Management trainee programme and HR internal consultant at a blue chip company) Please, give me some information about the recruitment process, what kinds of people they look for and some advice in general. i cant answer ur questions because me too i only have questions...i studied international relations and worked as a research assistant in the field of economics in geneva for a year. next week i have an interview for the position as a junior HR consultant in a small company working in recruitment in finance.do u have any advice what background such companies like, how a career of a HR consultant looks like etc???would be much appreciated.greetings from switzerland
