Could someone tell me how much one could expect/should be on at ACN after the two years as an analyst. Do those doing systems inetgration earn less than those in outsourcing or strategy for that matter?

after two years you become a consultant (c1). your range, based on performance is around 40-50k. outsourcing and accenture technology solutions pay significantly less, after two years maybe 30-35k. strategy pay only becomes different at manager level and up (after 5+ years in service)

Thanks for that. Ive heard ACN spit alot of people out after 2 years, is this true and if so why? Do people generally leave after 2 years? Is it difficult making C1, is it a smooth transition? are there tests? cheers

They dont spit you out! its an up or out culture, therefore if you dont get promoted in a few rounds, youll get fired. that is pretty straightforward. if you work hard, and aare committed then it will be a very easy and smooth transition. no tests at all. if youre in strategy they have a special test thou, which is to get a BCG guy and beat him on the street for hours with a Kinsey text. but i think thats all

Thanks for that. Do most of those in the financial services operating group work in London. I know, one can work anywhere but i heard the majority of projects in this operating group are london based? In terms of promotion, how is it evaluated, are there specific criterias?
