Hello JS - I occasionally have to do phone interviews. Not sure what the CG process is, but we use a template that covers a bunch of things - why do you want to leave your current job? why do you want to join this firm? what sort of package are your currently on? what are your package expectations? What are your expectations on the amount of travel you do? Throw in some basic competency questions around teamwork, results orientation, etc, and that's about it. My advise is to prepare for a phone interview in the same way you'd prepare for a normal interview. Good luck!
