HI Liew,Here are my suggestions,1) You should start by preparing a good CV and since you are a fresh graduate, you should detail any projects that you did at uni...2) Apply to several consultancy firms, but don't restrict yourself to consultancy. Apply to smaller accountancy firms and that way you can get further professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA. With a professional qualification and with a few years of practical experience in practice and industry, you can then decide if you still want to go into consultancy.3) Approach your job search as a Career building exercise. You do not want to work with the same company for your whole life. You need to find a company where you see the opportunity to develop the skills and experience that are required for your career plan. After 2 to 3 years in that company - you will have learnt everything that they have got to teach you. So move on to another company and learn some more. By having a wide range of experiences you can be a better consultant.Wishing you the best. Moosa
