IBM are currently advertising on their grad webpage for the above service line but with minimal indication of what the role entails. Can any of you consultants out there shed any light on the service and the type of work a grad is likely to do in this scheme without the glam that an IBM recruiter would add to the pot? Any general comments on the firm, the type of actual work one would do in an outsourcing role for a firm like IBM would be much appreciated.Many thanks, OG

I don't work for IBM, and have no axe to grind with them, but they get a very bad press in the consulting business. Just scroll down through this site or others and see what their own employees have to say about them. IBM is a great name to have on your CV, but they don't have a reputation as good employers for consultants.
