Could anyone give me some insight into the approximate benefits (salary & non-salary: car, health etc.)for someone joining PA in the middle to top of the PC range? Thanks in advance HP.

I’m a little confused. Did you get offers from both practices ? That’s very unlikely. PA’s pay rates (at least up to Assoc Partner level) are well above industry norms, which is part of the reason why staff leaving for competitors is almost unheard of. I know I applied for one of the accounting firms this year, and they couldn’t match my PA package. What sort of package have you been offered?

Sorry MeToo, I didnt put the first question forward but did want to know the rough package for PC level in both the BOP and S&M. Which practice generally pays more?

AM - I dont know if your joking buy i dont know thats why im asking. Is not that the whole point of this forum, to ask questions you dont know the answers to?

A general insight into the variations between practice would be useful, but BOP would be a good viewpoint. I'm looking for ball-parks at this stage? Any insight appreciated. Thanks HP
