Hi - Has anyone got a view on packages at Cap G for their C3/C4 role - What is the pay structure and benefits package - many thanks :)

Hi Bob, it ranges from around £50k to £70k+ as a package. You will get a base salary then an extra 12% which you can take as cash or pick from a range of benefits e.g. company car, health care etc

HI - Thanks for the feedback - what is the max salary component for a c3 ? + do you know if the pension is money purchase - do cap contribute ??

I don't know the salary bands but I can tell you that ithe pension scheme is money purchase (aka Defined contribution) and yes CG do make a contribution depending on your age
