Currently working for a FMCG in a SAP Functional/Implementation role. Project is ending soon & looking to move on into Consultancy. Q) Choice is ACN or Deloitte. Q) Is there a difference when working in their SAP practices ie: Training, salary, clients, travel?QQ)Familiar with technical aspects but come from a Functional Analyst / Change mgmt role - don't want to be a techie but the 'link' b/w the clients & developers - is this possible?My hope is to work hard for 2 - 3 years, do whatever it takes & gain as much as I can.

Hi, is the choice ACN or Deloitte because you have offers at those firms? Having worked for a couple of the big four I now work at a smaller SAP Consultancy and if you are moving into Consulting from FMCG you might benefit from an smaller firm where you would have more exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Thanks James. Yes I am at multinational FMCG co. I'm keen to get as much as I can out from the consultancy co I move too (quality clients/work, salray & skills). In the long term I feel a few yrs at either ACN or Deloitte will be best for when I re-enter the job mkt later for a role with a blue chip

Deloitte SAP (like their Oracle practice) lacks any market presence technically and functionally -goto ACN for some real SAP work.
