hi,Been reading lots on the forum - i have had an offer from CG - i am currently at a big japanese IT company with small consulting bit - i know this sounds daft it should be a no brainer but to move or not to move is the question and the real reason for asking is i know CG went through it are they really in cosulting back on the upward trend - if you work there whats the culture like??

Capgemini has been through the mill but results recently have been good, hightlight has been the public sector. It has good creds and people in technology and outsourcing. The culture is generally good but like all big companies there are exceptions and bureaucracy can be a bit of a pain

results good? Im asuming you mean good compared to before not against competitors or not?

Certainly better than two years ago and heading in the right direction. Not as good as some others though I would agree.
