What I like here is the autonomy one has in doing his job. We have relatively few systems in place and the structure is quite flat. This results in lots of synergies among consultants and you are constantly working with people from other practices. I am working in a continental Europe office with 42 employees. I am new here (after 3 years in another consultancy) so still, I am not in a position to evaluate Hay relative to others. I am enjoying it though...
