Hey Jeff, I am interested too in your question. They specify they pay industry median which is what? They also talk about bigger bonuses. I dont know how true that is or whether its just a markeing gimic to attract workers. Could anybody in the know enlighten us. How much would an analyst expect to earn in first year with bonus?
