With the NHS moving to electronic medical records, I have a few questions: 1) what stage of the planning is the HNS in? 2) are they accessing current NHS talent, new talent, and overseas talent, or all of the above)? 3) is there a shortage of deep emr experience in the UK?I ask for several reasons, as the NHS has come to the site(s) in the US where I am managing an emr implementation asking questions, but only talking to MDs/Admin...and someday I might be interested in see what is available on the other side of the pond. This would of course depend on what stage of the project NHS is in, and if you need deep NHS experience to get your foot in the door. Any insights would be appreciated.
