My suggestion would be to take two steps back from your situation. You ask the question 'job or MBA', but perhaps you should ask 'which job or which course?'------------------It is not clear how your 'bonding arrangement' is structured. You should think about asking yourself these questions. (a) What do you get in return, if anything? (b) Is this return based on a promise or is it guaranteed by a legally binding contract? (c) Is it legal within the laws of the country where it was agreed? (d)Do you want to challenge them? (e) If so, how will you challenge them, and what might the consequences be for you? A legal challenge could cost you more money. (e) If you challenge them yourself, will you do this with hard language or will you do this calmly? If you do it calmly, this might help you to do better in a college course or to find another job. An MBA is not necessarily for everyone. You say you are an engineering graduate, which is a useful subject to graduate in. (f) Have you considered other helpful courses (e.g. improving a language skill, book-keeping)? This might be part-time with a job. (g) Have you considered another job, or are TCS the company you want to work for? (h) Are TCS the only show in town? (i) If not can you get to another town?-------------------These are only suggestons. You should ask yourself these questions to help yourself understand what is best for you and what you can do. To my mind this is a Career Advice site. It is a forum for career advice, not for cash payments. Good luck with what you decide.
