I'm a MBA graduate in finanace and marketing from a 3rd tier b-school in NYC. I worked in finance operations before and on contract during B-school. I interviewed at IBM last week for BCS in NYC and didn't get the job. I've been contact my old recruiters but "they have nothing for me" now that I have my MBA. I want to advance and get a role in consulting, but I also need to eat. Does anyone have any advice for me. Also, does anybody know anything about the 'diversity' recruiters in the states.
