That is what I would expect at deloite. Note the post that states this is an average. Partners get pay varies hugely based on the seniority and, depending on the firm, the sales/revenue they have generated. Note also that there will be a big difference between the privately owned firms (such as Deloitte) and the publicly owned ones such as Cap or ACN. One would expect the average salary to be 300-400k in these firms (though this is a guess based on heresay).
