Hello, I need some advice or maybe a different way to frame my situation. I'm interviewing for a relatively junior role with a consultancy that specializes in Life Sciences, at close to 40 years old and with 12 years of work experience in various industries, I worry that I'll be unmotivated at a junior position. Should I just take it, or lobby to come in at a more senior level… any ideas, pros, cons… I guess it all boils down to how I manage my attitude.
