Hi all, if you had a choice between capgem CDC and ACN operating groups, which job would you pick and why? cheers cody.

Definitely ACN. Although there are lot´s of discussions out there (just IT coded guys...) I really believe that there is a huge gap between ACN and CagGem. People and knowledge at ACN is extraordinary especially since they continue to force their actual business consulting arm. It was fun working with these guys.

Hi there. I got offers from both but choose PA as overall they seemed the best even if they do pay a little less. Out of the two choices you hv i would opt for ACN, wasnt too impressed with CG to be honest, didnt seem as professional or as well structured. You should if you havent check out PA, they are going places my friend!

Hi, I've worked for both. They are both strong. ACN is second to none as a grad job and on your CV but, it's hit and miss with what role you get. Some people are happy and have a stretching role, some are distraught as are essentially phone or database monkeys! CG has a good grad program and the CDC offers better roles and you wont be stuck on 1 project for 2 years as you might be at ACN. However, formal training, although good, is not as good as at ACN. I think if I were choosing it would come down to the culture etc and, for me, CG wins. Hope this helps
