I have a 1-day assessment centre with Capgemini here in Australia. Does anyone have some experience as to what to expect on this day? I am also in final round with KPMG Business Performance advisory. Does anyone have any experience with the work KPMG would be doing as apposed to a traditional management consultancy?

KPMG&#39;s consulting arm, in the UK certainly, are still very small (< 50 people), and have only a handful of big name clients. Their pay rates are supposed to be very low.

Hi NSS, I&#39;m very interested in the consulting market in Australia...can you please give us an idea on how buoyant the job market is, and which &#39;big&#39; firms are recruiting? I know that travel is part & parcel of consulting, but in Australia does it tend to be limited to the city you&#39;re based in? Thanks in advance for your help.
