Hi there, I have a final round interview with PA coming up for a graduate position in their SMP, could anyone give me any hints. I know i have a partner interview who wil probe me about the service line, PA, Clients etc, but is there anything else i need to know or that they may try and suprise me with. Any help at all will be appreciated. Really want the position. Cheers

Hi, I recently had a final interview with PA and was sucessful. I asked for the criteria by which the manager was judging me against (after responding to his questions). I would imagine it's similar for other managers:1. Presence/ability to communicate your ideas/how you'd come across to their clients2. What you can offer/relevant experience (I'm not a recent grad)3. Desire to achieve/ambitionIn addition the partner said he was impressed with my questions to him. Read around the industry (e.g. on this website), are there areas of development or topics that make you want to explore further from someone with experience of the industry? If you can demonstrate your understanding, communicate a concept and show an enquiring insighful mind, this will stand you in good stead. Good luck!

Cheers Recent, I presume mine should be roughyly similar in terms of the style and structure of interview. I was told I would also have some tests and excercises to do but they didnt expand on this. Do you know if these are the standard group excercises, any ideas? Thanks in advance
