Hi There,I am soon to attend an Accenture Assessment Centre for the graduate scheme and I was wondering if any of you could give me some insight into that especially those who have experienced it before.I am particularly looking for answers to the following questions:1- The Creative thinking exercise, can someone give me an example of this and what to expect, what they are looking for here ...etc2- The final one to one interview, what questions are normally asked for this one.Any general advice will also be greatly appreciated, e.g. what sort of behaviour is required for group exercises... as in leading vs. participating ..etcMany Thanks folks

Ok ill keep it short and simple. Ive just been offered a sba grad role. DOnt sweat the assessment its ok. First and foremost be confident (not arrogant) and smile. it makes all the difference how you come across. The creative excercise is a case study in which you are given no info or statistics etc. its just random brainstorming about an abstract problem. one major thing to keep worried about is TIME. look at your watch, literaly. if they say you have two minutes, you have 120 seconds exactly. i would suggest lead the team at times, not always, participate listen to others and suggest different approaches youll be fine. the final one to one lasts 5 minutes and by that time they already know if your hired or not. good luck. relax smile and look at your watch. tell me if your successful well meet up for a coffee.
