This may be stating the obvious, but surely asking your employers at Accenture would be more useful than asking an anonymous message board made up predominantly of students?? If you don't work for Accenture, then my uneducated guess would be that they wouldn't until you had 'paid your dues' for a few years. To such a vague question the only replies you are going to get here, if any, are anecdotal stories which bear no relevance to you or your situation. In my opinion anyway.
