HiI have a group case study in the 2nd round at Accenture. From people who have been through this process is it best to lead or to be more passive.Cheers

We're talking about Accenture, where passive people are eaten alive. I'd go for the more boisterous end of the scale if I were you. Remember to be assertive, not agressive, make sure you ask the quieter people to voice their contributions, keep one eye on the goal and one on the clock and you should be ok. Good luck!

I would say lead, but do so without stopping another who may be the more natural leader in that particular exercise. You should have a 'buddy' for this round; which university are you attending/graduating/graduated from...?I would say they are looking for someone who not only leads from the front, but supports from the side or below. I guess it is the fine line between arrogance and ability. This is simply my personal view, do what makes you feel comfortable. That is the best advice.Good Luck.
