A non-business related degree is fine, if it has been complemented by some meaningful work experience. If you haven't been working in a business role, then some post-grad study would be a sensible idea, because you may struggle with the assessment process without some theoretical framework to work from. But, I am a big believer in that mythical attribute of "Common Sense" - something a lot of grads seem to be lacking!! A hefty dose of that can take you as far as any masters degree. Good luck...
