I am interviewing for the role of Senior Consultant with IBM in their Distribution group. I am a qualified CIMA with 8 years industrial / consulting experience. What sort of package can I expect ? What are IBM like to work for ?

Although I don't work there, I have friends that do, and most of them are trying to leave. One of them described the atmosphere in South Bank as "toxic". I wouldn't rush to join IBM at the present point in time, as its not clear whether IBM will stick it out with consulting or not.
