PA rely on fact based interviewing. Think of evidence for your strengths, and have them to hand at the interview. Its not enough to say "I'm organised". The interviewer will probe you for scenarios where you've shown this, and will expect you to come up with meaty examples. Good luck !! I've worked for a number of consultancies, and PA are tops !
