I have a 2nd round interview for a consultant position within ACN's S&BA area. The interview consists of a case study interview and a potentia interview (Totaling 2 hrs). Any advice on the contents of these interviews or how to prepare? Are they 1:1 or a group exercise?Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,I believe strategy and NATP candidates get put together for the second round. You get a chance to chat with them, find out their backgrounds as they will be widely different. You will have a case study to prepare 20 mins, and then an interview regarding this. The group exercise following is elaborating on the case study prioritse as a group the problems and how to tackle them from ACN's viewpoint. Another creative group exercise follows with a short 30 second each presentation. 1-1 interview at the end is just a summary of the day and what you could have done better.Good luck.PS I didn't get the job but i'm going try again next year. I think If god will, and summer starter failed to read your post propperly. They are both referring to the 'Graduate' recruitment process, whilst you are going for a consuktant positions yes?

I don't know anything about applying direct for a consultant position, I was simply passing on my experience as being a 2nd round candidate. Good luck to all

yes, I am applying as an experienced hire for a consultant position, not as a graduate. I don't have an IT background, will this affect my chances in the 2nd round case study? Does S&BA also require their people to have a good knowledge of IT?I've seen posts on potentia interviews but wondered if there was any group exercises involved? (if at all).Also, what salary range should I be looking at? Many Thanks in advance
