Hi all, I have forthcoming interviews for IT strategy with both E&Y (ISAAS) and Capgemini (Transformation consultant). Would appreciate any insights that people have with regards to both of these organisations and also the process itself. I've been told that they'd be business cases with both. Given that the role I'm being considered for is that of an IT strategist, I'd assume that the business cases will be focused more on operations as opposed to the classic Mck type business cases, which utilised frameworks such as Porters 5 forces; Four P's; SWOT analysis et al.
