Cheggers - if you're about - can you help? I start with PA as a consultant at the end of June for the BOP practice. I've only ever worked in industry so this is all a bit new for me.How is work assigned for new starters - should I spend a lot of time on the internal CV or in your experience will I automatically get assigned to the latest project? Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Dave, I'm thinking of applying to the BOP practice, and also only have industry experience. How many years of experience do you have? Which industry? I have 3 years in energy sector. Also, what is the salary range for us guys joining at Consultant level?

Hi - I've got 8 years experience - half in energy and half in telecoms. The main skills they seemed to be looking for, were around project management and process re-engineering/improvement, at least in my interviews. As for starting salary think it's anywhere between 40-50k. My interview experience with them was great - good luck if you go for it!
