I've got through to the final interview at PA after the assessment day. I've had 2 interviews already - what more can they possibly want to know?! Any ideas on what to expect and how to prepare?

Nicky - I had a final interview a couple of weeks back for the BOP practice - it basically just involved another run through of my career history with another partner. Defo a ball ache having so many interviews, but after a half hour chat - to check I had the right skill set - after that fnial session they immediately offered me the job and gave me all the paperwork to complete.

Dave,I just had a "final" interview with a Sr. Partner yesterday. I thought that the interview went pretty well and was a very lively discussion (esp since we talked a lot about the vertical that I've worked for extensively) - though he didn't make an offer at the end of the interview, he did say he would talk to me very soon.I was feeling all positive about it, till the HR person (with whom I've interacted extensively during the process) asked if the Partner had said something like "Lets do it" or something on those lines after the interview. And seeing your post it does seem like the kind of thing that does happen (I didn't know spot decisions were a reality!). So chances of me getting a "All good, but.." kind of response are high, right?Just checking out of curiosity. :)

Hi - I'd hate to speculate on my experience alone however, it depends how 'final' the interview was - I'd had 3 before it - and the third had been guaranteed to me to be final. Soz I can't be more help.

Actually - your comment turned out to be very right! :) The HR did talk to me later - and it was all positive. An offer will come my way pretty soon.Question - is there a concept of sign on bonus for PA? Any pointers - how much?

I think there is (but only from reading this board!) - but only for principal consultant and above. There's no harm in asking!

HI GuysWell done on getting through all the rounds, iv been offered a position as well so will be starting later this year. Are you two going onto the grad scheme? what practices? This thread is a bit down the list now so you might not come back and check it but if you do be good to hear from you before we start, cheers mark

Mark - I graduated a long while back! I'm down as a consultant in the business operations and performance practice - and based in Manchester - I don't think I'll get to see anyone!!
