Have 3 years of HR consulting/ change management experience including working for the Big-4 but all outside UK. Placement consultants say experience is not enough for them to consider. Could anyone advice how to make this dream a reality. thanks a ton in advance

Hi Rick,I work for one of the Big 4 in Change and we have taken on people with oversees experience. My advice would be to apply directly to the company. As long as you can demonstrate you have the desired skills and/or sector experience they will be interested.

Not sure what the problem is here. Most of the big firms will consider overseas applicants. Apply direct!!
