I'm looking to move to a larger consulting firm and am interested in the People & Change area at Deloitte. I have experience helping organisations with change programs (e.g. leadership development, desinging competency frameworks, conducting culture audits). I have also implemented a new business system, but I haven't done any OD strategy work. I can recall theories from uni, but would my lack of experience in strategy formulation be a problem? Also, what is the selection process for experienced hires in this area? Thanks!

Sounds like you might be a good fit for P&C. I wouldn't worry about the lack of strategy formulation. Consultants in this field are normally delivery focused. A word of advice - all the big players are recruiting in this area (check out Atos, PA, CapGem, etc) - so consider widening the net a little....

Thanks RecruitGal! Do you have any information on the selection procedures at Deloitte/Atos/CapGem for consultants in this area? I haven't sat on this side of the selection desk for 5 years, and am a little anxious. Any tips/info on what to expect would be greatly appreciated :)
