hi, I recently applied for a graduate role SBA (Strategy and Business Architecture) with ACN. However, I've been offered a position with the NATP (New Analyst Training Program) instead. I know strategy relatively harder to get into and a smaller group. I have a PhD in Engineering and am interested to move into management consultancy. Is there a clear precedence of analysts moving into management consultancy after a couple of years (be in within ACN or other 'pure' MC companies)? Also, how easy/difficult is it to move into the strategy capability group after a couple of years as an analyst (assuming successful in promotion to consultant)?would really appreciate insight and feedback from those who've gone down this route or are planning to. Thanks!
