I am a life science research assistant looking into a career in consulting, possibly management consulting. My degrees include a MS and BS in biochemistry and molecular biology. I know I probably have to start by being a business analyst. Can someone suggest more resources for me to break into the industry?

I assume you're in the US? Try talking to the recruiters at L.E.K. in Boston, they are very strong in biotech and life sciences and take a lot of people with a biotech background.
