I've just received an offer from Serco. I'm currently in a well known (but too large & impersonal) firm. I hear good things and I liked what I saw, but can anyone tell me what its like there?

I don't think so. I;ve been here for a couple of years and its an excellent consulting firm. I don't know anyone doing anything approaching pre-sales!
