Give us more detail...Academics, years of experience, previous firms, clients in which industries, etc/It's a very niche area (one I know) and you may have to widen your target market to avoid a long wait for that perfect match.The direction in which you widen it depends on the answers to the above...

Detica/BAE Systems perhaps. Or some of the other engineering companies which all have sales/proj mgt/delivery consulting teams: Smiths, Harris Corp, etc.

My son John works for a company that is very active in this area. I will ask him and find out more.

You could also try Raytheon, they are fairly prominent in this field.

You could do worse than finding out who supplies biometric kit to the Passport Service. IBM / Thales etc.

Raytheon are the prime on the UKBORDERS stuff for UKBA. Status Park out by Heathrow.Detica are sub to them on consulting (tech / business) so they might be worth a shout.In fact Detica might be worth a look generally
