Instead we got more of the same, steady as she goes, milk those public sector clients, types of attitudes. (Lots of Smithers' types)I am not sure that the deplorable screwups over the T5 baggage handling, losing THAT memory stick, and the callous way that the redundancy rounds were handled (with more to come) would have happened under a better quality partner group.What the company needs is a set of partners with a bit of commercial acumen to turn this business into a world beater.Shooting the messenger on here will achieve nothing but a slow death
