Hi there,I interviewed with them around about 18 months ago so experience of them is not great or that current. However, they've got a good lead Partner and have built a profitable business over the last few years. They offer most of the usual people and change services - change mgt, culture / behaviour change, Org Design and HR transformation. When I spoke to them most of their work was Org Design related but I'd expect they'd broadened their scope by now. They are industry aligned to Govt, Finance and all others. They recruited a fair number of people from Atos (old KPMG people) and Capgem, Acn etc so the calibre is pretty good. They're certainly better placed that EY in this area but probably not as advanced as Deloitte who also do the IT change stuff. All in all, good organisation and good people but they don't pay that well (esp if the bonus doesn't come through in tough times).
